Join us over Zoom on Thursday evenings this summer as Pastor Gracious Moyo leads a Bible study for his two congregations, University Lutheran Church in Cambridge and Concordia Lutheran Church in Worcester. The Bible study will focus on the minor prophets and the theme of social justice.
We’ll begin with the prophet Amos, one of the most powerful calls to social justice in the biblical canon. Written during a period of outward prosperity but internal moral decay, Amos challenges the status quo by insisting that religious ritual is meaningless without ethical treatment of the vulnerable.

- Week 7 – Thursday, July 23: The Honest Skeptic (Habakkuk 1:1–4, Habakkuk 2:1–4)
- Week 8 – Thursday, July 30: The Rebuilder’s Integrity (Zechariah 7:8–14, Malachi 3:5
- Week 9 – Thursday, August 6: The Restored Horizon (Micah 4:1–4, Amos 9:11–15)
