Harvard Undergrad Gatherings Begin

Lutheran Campus Ministry at Harvard University gatherings begin this Thursday, September 2, at 6 P.M. in the UniLu Fireside Room (downstairs). All are welcome!

Welcome Brunch Next Sunday

On Sunday, September 5, we'll enjoy a Welcome / Welcome Back brunch following the 10 A.M. service. This is our last service on our summer schedule; we'll return to services at 9 and 11 A.M. on Sunday, September 12. Join us!

New Giving Opportunity from Thrivent

Thrivent Choice, a new program from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, is rolling out this month. The program allows eligible Thrivent benefit members to help direct Thrivent's annual charitable giving toward Lutheran organizations of their choice. These local organizations are all eligible:

University Lutheran Church

University Lutheran Church Campus Ministry

Supports campus ministry at Harvard

Lutheran Ministry in the Fenway

Donations will be split 50/50 between Lutheran campus ministries at BU and Northeastern

Lutheran Campus Ministry at Boston University

Lutheran Campus Ministry at Northeastern University

The Lutheran Campus Ministry at MIT is not yet registered, but is expected to be registered soon.

To find out if you are eligible to direct Choice Dollars, log in to the Thrivent website with your user ID and password (which you will need to set up if you don't have them already). Your Thrivent Choice eligibility will appear on your MyThrivent page. The number of Choice Dollars you are given to direct is determined by the value of your Thrivent products and your volunteer leadership with Thrivent organizations.
