PASTA AND MEAT CASSEROLE 1 lb pkg. Pasta (Rotini) 1 1/2 lbs Ground beef and/or turkey 1 can Tomato soup 1 can Cream style corn 1 large can Tomato sauce 1 Onion - chopped 1 Green pepper - chopped 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Oregano 2 Tbsp Parsley 1/2 C Grated or shredded Parmesan cheese COOKING: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Brown meat, onions, and green pepper; pour off excess fat. Mix together the soup, creamed corn, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Stir in meat mixture and then add pasta. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes. STORING AND DELIVERING: Cover with aluminum foil. Label with type of casserole and your name. Bring the casserole to church and put it in the church kitchen refrigerator. If you must cook it ahead of time and freeze it, thaw it in your refrigerator for two days before bringing it to the church.
