PASTA, HAM, AND BROCCOLI 1 16 oz. package rotini pasta 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, diced 4 tbsp margarine 2 10 1/2 oz. cans mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 3/4 cup water 2 10 oz. packages frozen broccoli cooked a few minutes 3 cups ham cut up into bite-size pieces 3 cups Water COOKING: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream or yogurt, water, and parboiled broccoli. Add ham and pasta. Place in pan and bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 350-degree oven. STORING AND DELIVERING: Cover with aluminum foil. Label with type of casserole and your name. Bring the casserole to church and put it in the church kitchen refrigerator. If you must cook it ahead of time and freeze it, thaw it in your refrigerator for two days before bringing it to the church.
