HAM AND PASTA CASSEROLE 1 lb pkg. Pasta (Ziti) 4 cups Ham cut into bite-sized pieces 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese, divided in half 2 10-1/4 oz cans Cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 1/2 cups Milk 1 Green pepper cut into bite-sized pieces 2 16-oz cans Corn (not creamed) 4 T Margarine, melted 1/2 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs Cook pasta according to package instructions. Place half in casserole pan. Combine ham, corn, and green pepper. Spread half over the pasta in the pan. Sprinkle half of cheese over the pan. Combine soup and milk. Pour half over the pan. Repeat pasta, ham mixture, cheese, and soup mixture layers. Mix breadcrumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool. STORAGE AND DELIVERY: Cover with aluminum foil. Label with type of casserole and your name. Bring the casserole to church and put it in the church kitchen refrigerator. If you must cook it ahead of time and freeze it, thaw it in your refrigerator for two days before bringing it to the church.
