CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 1 pkg Uncle Benšs Wild Rice and Long Grain Rice (box) 2 1/2 cups Diced cooked chicken 1 lb. Frozen green beans (French cut or regular cut) 1 cup Chopped onion 1 can Cream of celery soup 1/4 cup Milk 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. Pepper COOKING: Prepare rice according to package instructions, omitting the margarine or butter. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into pan. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. STORING AND DELIVERING: Cover with aluminum foil. Label with type of casserole and your name. Bring the casserole to church and put it in the church kitchen refrigerator. If you must cook it ahead of time and freeze it, thaw it in your refrigerator for two days before bringing it to the church.
